Our Hawaiian Shirts are made in Honolulu and come in USA sizes, which tend to be more generously cut than the same label size in the UK.

Rayon is a natural based silk like material composed of regenerated and purified cellulose derived from plant sources primarily trees. Developed in the late 19th century as a substitute for silk, rayon was the first man-made fibre.
Rayon has very thin fibres, which allows it to breathe more than other fabrics and gives it a lightness that prevents it from sticking to a body in hot weather. Since it is so comfortable and cooling to wear, rayon is an especially good fabric for shirts.
Fabric care
We recommend hand washing in a mild detergent. Rayon is delicate when wet; do not wring or tumble dry. Dry flat, or air dry on a non-metal hanger for best results.
We sell and ship shirts to customers in the UK, mainland Europe and Australia.
Customers in the United Kingdom
Shipping is free to all UK & BFPO addresses. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Goods are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked post which usually arrives within 48 hours of dispatch.
Prices displayed include VAT at the standard rate, currently 20%.
Customers in Europe
Shipping to mainland Europe is charged at £9.00 for one shirt, then £2.00 for each additional shirt sent to the same address. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Goods are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked which, depending on the destination, are currently arriving within 5-10 working days.
Please note:
- We no longer despatch goods to addresses in Greece due to recurring problems with deliveries there.
- Orders shipped to mainland Europe will not include UK sales tax (VAT) at the point of purchase, but will be charged VAT at the local rate on delivery.
- Any order over €150 (approximately £126 at the time of writing) may also incur import duty at the local rate.
- Hawaiian Shirt Shop Limited cannot be held responsible for any duties, taxes or fees incurred once items arrive in their country of destination.
