Direct from one of our shirt factories in Hawaii*. Ideal for shopping, wearing on public transport, and in other public settings where self-distancing measures are difficult to maintain. The use of simple cloth face coverings can slow the spread of Coronavirus and help people who may have the virus and do not know it from transmitting it to others.
Each shipment of face masks from Honolulu includes a different assortment of designs, all made from genuine Hawaiian shirt fabric, which we make up into non-matching packs of two. Sorry, but it’s not possible to cater for special fabric pattern requests.
Using face coverings
Government guidance recommends you should wash your hands (or use hand sanitiser) before putting a face mask on, and immediately after you take it off. It is important that you take care not to touch your eyes, nose and mouth when removing your face mask.
NB: cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 3, anyone who has a respiratory condition, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
Washing and reusing
Wash before 1st use. Cotton cloth face coverings should be regularly machine-washed, depending on the frequency of use. You should store used face coverings in a plastic bag until you have an opportunity to wash them.
Due to the nature of these products, we regret we cannot accept returns for any other reason than an item is faulty.
*Hawaii like the UK has been in lockdown. Our Hawaiian shirt suppliers have been allowed to continue manufacturing at the request of the state authorities as long as they also produce face masks to help contain the virus. This in turn keeps the factories in Honolulu open on a limited basis and the staff employed.
