Direct from the KY’S factory in Hawaii*. These face coverings are supplied from Honolulu as packs of four assorted designs, with two ‘collections’ to choose from.
Washing and reusing
Wash before 1st use. Cotton cloth face coverings should be regularly machine-washed, depending on the frequency of use. You should store used face coverings in a plastic bag until you have an opportunity to wash them.
Returns
Due to the nature of these products, we regret we cannot accept returns for any other reason than an item is faulty.
*Hawaii’s tourism-based economy has been hit hard by the pandemic. We are proud to help support one of our Hawaiian shirt manufacturers – and to make face coverings that little bit more interesting. Manufactured from Hawaiian shirt fabric, helping to keep the Honolulu factories open and staff employed.
VAT & Shipping
We sell and ship shirts to customers in the UK and Europe, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
Customers in the United Kingdom (free shipping)
Prices displayed include VAT at the standard rate – currently 20%.
Shipping is free to all UK & BFPO addresses. Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class which usually arrives next working day, including Saturdays.
Customers in Europe
Prices displayed – the website should automatically detect that you are outside the UK and display prices that are exclusive of UK VAT. Even if that doesn’t happen, your purchase price will change once you enter your billing details at checkout.
Shipping to mainland Europe is charged at £8.50 for one shirt, then £1.50 for each additional shirt sent to the same address. Please note we do not ship face masks to mainland Europe. Shirts are dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed which, depending on the destination, will arrive within 3-10 working days.
Please note, customers in mainland Europe are responsible for any import duty (customs duty and import VAT), taxes or fees once the items arrive in their country of destination.
